Return Policy

You may return or exchange unused and unworn items purchased from HER HOUSE with an original receipt or packing invoice within 30 days of receiving your order.

You may request a store credit or a full refund for your purchase. In the case of a refund, the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment.

HER HOUSE is currently unable to accept as returns or exchanges:
-items returned without an original receipt or packing invoice;
-items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. UPS, Federal Express, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. Please include a note with your address and phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or invoice.
