Shipping Policy

HER HOUSE ships exclusively with UPS Ground Service which normally takes 5-7 business days.

All orders that contain only jewelry will be shipped by 2-day FedEx delivery at no extra charge.

For international shipments and shipments outside the continental U.S., please call customer service for pricing and details. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for duties and taxes.

If an item you order is out of stock, we will inform you by email of the expected delay.
